CODE OF CONDUCT

All JOUNICA employees are expected to embrace the principles of our Code and:

“Of the values that are indispensable for me in managing the company and its employees it is the human dignity that has to be protected in every situation that comes first. Honesty is just as important. And should an error occur at any time, you have to answer for it. This honesty does of course also include the fact that corruption has no business in our company. Another important value is thrift. By this I do not mean stinginess, but the capability to differentiate between important and unimportant things and to utilize our money where it brings the greatest benefit.”

Energy policy

The basic idea behind this boiler was that “We talked to the ground and we promised to help the earth less harmful to you”

Saving fuel consumption and optimizing energy consumption will always be the priorities of the company. We always look at that how do future guys would talk about our generation and whether they admire or deny us?

With this energy policy, the JOUNICA Group undertakes to continue reducing energy usage and therefore CO2 emissions. This takes place on the basis of defined strategic energy objectives. The board of directors of the respective Group company defines these objectives annually in accordance with the higher ranking objectives of the corporate group. The basis for defining the objectives is provided by weather data or production-adjusted consumption data from the preceding period, as well as the cost-effectiveness of the respective decisions in terms of sustainability.

Sustainability is also a factor when making decisions relevant to energy. Life cycle assessments are prepared wherever practical.
